We understand that accidents happen on the road. BG Sports' Mishap Replacement program gives you peace of mind — if our apparel is damaged in a cycling accident, we'll replace it free of charge.
How It Works
1.Report the Issue
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with photos of the damage and your order number.
2.Review & Assessment
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
3.Free Replacement
Once approved, we'll ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Terms & Conditions
- Applies to BG Sports apparel damaged in a cycling accident.
- Limited to one replacement per item purchased.
- Claim must be submitted within 12 months of purchase.
- Photographic evidence of damage is required.
- Does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from washing.
- Replacement will be the same or similar item (subject to availability).
- BG Sports reserves the right to make the final decision.
